Excellent service. I had a problem with my wooden watch strap, and contacting them via email was quick and easy. I received replacement links free of charge. Even when a problem arose after the warranty expired, the repair was handled promptly and with excellent customer service. Highly recommended. JH

We fell in love with the Raptor wooden clocks while on vacation and bought one. Unfortunately, it kept running slow and had to be sent in for repair several times. I ordered two belts through Groupon. Unfortunately, there was a mistake regarding the size at first. They were exchanged free of charge. Very friendly and helpful service. Oh, and the belts are great too. Highly recommended!

I ordered a watch from the shop and I'm absolutely thrilled. At my request, they extended the strap. Communication by phone and email was very friendly and helpful, and the watch was returned promptly. Highly recommended...and the watch is great, too!

Hello Shagafi GmbH, We received my wife's watch back today via courier. We had sent it in for repair four days ago based on a verbal goodwill agreement, even though the exact purchase date couldn't be verified due to a missing receipt (it's about 2.5 years old). We are extremely pleased with your company philosophy, which includes treating the customer like royalty, ensuring that customer requests are processed quickly and efficiently, and demonstrating a certain generosity. For this, we give you 6 stars – even though there are only 5 to give!! Fantastic! I've already bought three watches, and they're absolutely beautiful. Two of them had a problem: one got damp inside, and the crown was missing from the other. Both were repaired free of charge. I was sent a return shipping label, sent both watches in, and everything went perfectly. I highly recommend them.
